Taxes are not included; there is a 5 % (federal) sales taxes and a 7.5 % (provincial) sales taxes to be added to our rates.
Class A, Class B, Class B+ and Class C :
OFF-SEASON (from September 5 to May 30):
In low season we offer you a free week-end when you rent 2 weeks or more.
Our rates includes the insurance, a full of propane and 7,000 kilometers.
HIGH SEASON (from May 30 to September 5)
In our weekly rates we include the insurances and a full of propane. Our rates includes 3,500 kilometers for one week and 7,000 kilometers for 2 weeks and more(exc. $0,25 per kilometer). There are no preparation fees.
To reserve a vehicule we ask for a deposit of $300 per week of rental. At the time of departure we ask for a security deposit of $1,000 or $2,500 (authorization on a credit card), which is refundable upon check-in of the vehicle, the vehicle needs to be in the same condition as upon departure. The final payment must be made the day of departure in cash, travellers check or interac. Please take note that there is a deductible on the insurance of $1,000 or $2,500.
We offer the possibility to reduce the deductible:
Reduction of $1000.00 to $500.00/off route from $2500 à $1000.00 - cost - $10.00/day
Reduction of $2500.00 to $1000.00/off route from $2500.00 à $1000.00 - cost- $15.00/day
We offer the possibility to rent a personal convenience kit. The price is $55 per person for the period of the rental. If the vehicle is equiped with a generator, there is a fee of $5 per hour.
Complimentary transport is provided to and from the office. Transport is provided for Dorval airport and the Montmorency metro station.
Travel trailer and travel trailer-tent :
Our rates are per week and they include the first fill of propane. You must have on your insurance policy the FAQ27 (or FAQ25) to cover your part of insurance. As far as we are concerned we do not charge any extra fees for insurance.
For a reservation we ask for a deposit of $200 per week of rental for travel trailers. The balance is due one month beforehand for the travel trailer and the tavel trailer-tent, payable in cash, interac or travellers check. We also ask for a security deposit of 500$ upon departure.
It is obligatory to install electric brakes and a hitch of 2 inches by 2 inches, on your vehicle. We also rent the necessary anti-sway and torsion bars, for 25,00$ per week. The departure is made only on saturdays at 11:00 a.m. and the return at 9:00 a.m..
Please take note that the weeks of construction holiday (July 19 to August 2) as well as the two following weeks (August 2 to August 16) must be taken together. For this period we don't rent just one week.You can present yourselves at our office to take possession of your unit and to be taught how to use it the day of the departure. It is possible to make arrangments for different departures and returns depending on our availabilities.
